Prof. Mrs. Goski Alabi is one of Africa’s leading Full Professor in total quality management, and a consultant in strategic leadership and corporate governance, with a focus on higher education leadership and governance. 

She is an academic, a consultant, author and an accomplished entrepreneur with more than 19 years of professional experience in academia, consultancy, regulation, advocacy and business. Prof. Mrs. Alabi serves on several public, corporate and international boards and committees. People have described her as the start-up queen and educational revolutionist.  

She is currently President, African Council for Distance Education (ACDE), April, 2021, Chair of the African Network for Internationalization of Education – ANIE  (September 2016 to date),  Chair of the Continental Education Strategy for Africa Sub-Cluster on ODeL (2019 -till date) , Co-Chair  of  the International Scientific Advisory Board of The World Bank “African Centre of Excellence for  Innovative and Transformative STEM Education, Lagos State University (July 7th, 2020) LASUACEITSE,

Prof Goski has received several awards. She was awarded Africa’s Most Respected CEO, Education Category in Dubia in July, 2021 by the Business Executive Magazine for Establishing and Managing Laweh Open University College, the first Accredited Open University in Ghana and second in West Africa. Prior to establishing Laweh University College, she co-founded Pravda Radio and managed it as consulting CEO until it was acquired and now runs as Vision 1 Radio in Ghana. 

Prof Goski has had extensive and vigorous involvement in international policy and has been four times National Delegate to the World Health Assembly (2005-2008). Member of the ISO International Technical Committee on Consumer Policy (COPOLCO) (July 2014 to date) and Member of the National Codex Committee, Ghana Standards Authority (July 2014 to date),

Severally attended the Codex Committee Meeting for Nutrition and Special Dietary Uses. She is also a Certified Member of the Europe – Africa- Caribbean Liaison Committee (COLEACP) Inter Professional Association and was a framework consultant to the EU-COLEACP as a Service Provider for Good Company Practices on the Pesticides Initiative Program (PIP) working with Fruits and Vegetable exporters in Ghana (2004-2009). Member of the National Mirror Committee for Cocoa – Ghana Standards Authority (May 2014 to date).  She was also Member of the Board of Directors of TV3 Network Limited (2012-2015) Member, Board of the Centre for Local Government Advocacy, September 2014 to date.
