Sam Ndoga is a dynamic and multifaceted professional with deep expertise in leadership development and academia. He currently serves as a Research Professor at the University of Pretoria and holds adjunct and associate faculty positions at institutions including the International Leadership University, the Centre for Creative Leadership (USA), and May & Co (Germany). In addition to his academic roles, Sam chairs the board of Prowess Investment Managers and sits on the boards of Consultants Associates, Afrishift Solutions, Afritrust Capital, and J Life.

He is also the founder of the Young Professionals Platform and co-founder of the Africa Private Sector Summit, underscoring his commitment to leadership growth and youth empowerment. Further reflecting his dedication to transformative development, Sam serves on the Executive Board of the Africa Education Trust Fund. His core focus lies in delivering leadership training across Africa and advancing research that contributes to a contextualized model of African leadership.
