Abu Bako is the Founding President and CEO of the Logos-Rhema Foundation for Leadership Resource Development and several other NGOs, which are multifaceted and multi-disciplinary in nature with global focus and reach.

Dr. Abu Bako is an Economist by profession, a former lecturer in Economics and Senior Researcher in Agricultural Economics. He is primarily a people-builder—a specialist in training, equipping and developing quality leaders at all levels of public life.

He runs custom designed transformational leadership coaching programs under the umbrella of COSTrAD (College of Sustainable Transformation and Development), targeting the 8 spheres of society: FDI (Family Development Institute), MTI (Mindset Transformation Institute), IGPP (Institute of Governance and Public Policy), IEA (Institute of Economic Affairs), ETADI (Education, Training And Development Institute), FIRST (Futuristic Institute of Revolutionary Science and Technology), MOCI (Media of Communications Institute), and IOASCD (Institute Of Arts, Sports and Cultural Development).

An author of several books and international speaker, Abu has spent over four decades conducting in-depth analyses on the large-scale collapse of societal systems and structures, pinpointing root causes and coming up with proven solutions thus becoming a catalyst for holistic change and transformation in well over a hundred nations, on almost every continent of this world . . .

He is also a Natural Health Consultant with a very broad knowledge in health issues, punctuating the importance of disease prevention by developing and maintaining sound health systems. His constant research into natural health and other dimensions of health have positively impacted quite a number of people with stubborn health challenges.

A model husband and father, Dr Abu Bako is happily married to beautiful Talatu Esther Abu Bako, they have five wonderful adult children and one teenage grandchild of destiny.
