Ms. Wincate M. Muthini
Director, External Relations (Kenyan National)
Ms. Wincate M. Muthini serves as the Senior Program Manager at the Pan African Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PACCI), where she manages and implements various partnerships and programs that enhance the capacity, readiness, and competitiveness of the private sector under the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA). With over eight years of experience in project management, business development, and brand strategy, she brings a multidimensional perspective to her work, combining technical expertise with leadership in business design and youth empowerment.
Her passion lies in facilitating synergistic collaborations, catalyzing innovative ideas, and championing shared value principles across the continent. As a UNDP-certified trainer on gender equality for the private sector and AIESEC alumni, she aligns her efforts with Agenda 2063 and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to foster sustainable growth and inclusion.
Ms. Muthini’s multifaceted background includes a degree in Mechatronic Engineering, five years coaching youth through experiential learning programs in Kenya and Ethiopia with AIESEC, and consulting on business design and brand development for African companies. Over the past eight years, she has focused on strategic partnerships, repositioning the value proposition of African chambers, and coordinating programs that create an enabling business environment for seamless economic integration.
In addition to her passion for business development, Ms. Muthini has a keen interest in the intersection of branding and technology. She envisions immense potential in leveraging AI and Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies to drive business innovation and competitiveness within the AfCFTA framework.
